What's
the process?

To get started, please fill out the inquiry form. Once I receive your form, I will review your project and be in contact to discuss it further. I will assess whether my services align well with your project requirements. If I determine that we're a good fit to work together, you will receive a clarifying email outlining the project scope and a proposal for moving forward.

Upon signing the contract, you will receive an invoice for a 50% non-refundable retainer. This retainer is due within 7 days of contract acceptance. Work on your project will not begin until retainer payment has been received in full.

After the non-refundable retainer is paid, you will receive an email with a kickoff questionnaire to complete. You will also be asked to put together a mood board to communicate the overall vibe or feeling of your project. 

What is a mood board?

It is a collection of images, textures, color and text that is used to inspire and guide a creative project. 

The purpose: 

• Establish a style direction 

• Capture key colors and textures 

• Inspire creative ideas

Let's chat after you submit your questionnaire and mood board! We'll dive deep into your vision, goals, and target audience on a call, and I'll research further to ensure the design seamlessly aligns with your objectives. Before we get started, we'll have a final call to confirm everything and refine the project scope if needed.

Based on our chats and research, I'll craft a design concept showcasing your brand's essence and personality in a PDF. Review it within 24 hours and share your thoughts! Your feedback helps me refine the concept to perfectly match your vision. We have 4 revisions included, so we can collaborate and ensure the final design wows you and captures your brand perfectly!

Upon completion of the project, you will receive an invoice for the remaining 50% balance. Once the final payment is received, the project files will be released to you.
